In February of 2013, the business review and rating website Glassdoor.com awarded Worldwide Express Operations, LLC, headed by CEO David Kiger, its first place spot as the best company in the United States for entry-level sales personnel to advance in their careers. Glassdoor regularly publishes corporate profiles based on the experiences of current and former employees and interviewees.
The Glassdoor award highlighted what reporting employees referred to as a superior management system and thorough program of training and skill development for new staff members. And with more than 150 franchise offices across the country, Worldwide Express is among the largest, fastest-growing corporations of its kind, which only increases the opportunities for staff development.
David Kiger founded Worldwide Express nearly 20 years ago to operate as a reseller of shipping and packing services to smaller and average-sized businesses.
While current staff members cite the need for hard work and long hours, they praise Worldwide Express for its supportive corporate culture and the potential to earn significant salaries.
